Preach Logic Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Preach Logic, you agree to these Terms and any applicable laws and regulations. If you are using Preach Logic on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Preach Logic is a platform that allows pastors, churches, and other users (collectively, "Users," "you," or "your") to:

• Access and use content posted by other pastors or Users ("User-Generated Content").
• Access and use content from third-party sources, including YouTube.
• Repost or share content with others for religious, educational, inspirational, or other purposes, in accordance with the rights granted herein.

3. User Account

To use certain features of Preach Logic, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to maintain its accuracy. You are responsible for safeguarding your account login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Content Use and License

• User-Generated Content: Preach Logic allows you to access, view, and repost content uploaded by other Users. You agree to respect the intellectual property rights of the content creators. You may not use the content in ways that violate copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property laws.
• YouTube Content: Preach Logic may provide access to content from YouTube through integrated services. You acknowledge and agree to comply with YouTube’s terms of service and community guidelines when using Preach Logic to view or repost YouTube content. You are solely responsible for ensuring that any reposting or use of YouTube content complies with YouTube’s policies.
• Grant of License: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use content made available on Preach Logic for personal, educational, or ministry purposes. This license does not allow you to sell, sublicense, distribute, or create derivative works of the content unless explicitly permitted.

5. Restrictions on Use

• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or otherwise exploit Preach Logic or any part of the content without explicit written permission from the Company or the original content owner.
• Violate any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights of others.
• Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the operation of Preach Logic, or attempts to gain unauthorized access to Preach Logic or its related systems.

6. Ownership

Preach Logic and all content provided through it, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and other materials, are owned by the Company or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by the Company.

7. User Content

• Ownership: You retain ownership of the User-Generated Content you upload to Preach Logic, but by uploading content, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, modify, distribute, and reproduce your content solely for the purpose of operating and promoting Preach Logic.
• Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content you upload, and you represent that you have all necessary rights to upload and share such content. You agree not to upload content that is defamatory, infringing, illegal, or otherwise violates the rights of third parties.

8. Prohibited Activities

• Upload, post, or share content that is illegal, offensive, discriminatory, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate.
• Impersonate any person or entity, including but not limited to any representative of the Company.
• Violate any applicable local, state, or international laws, including but not limited to intellectual property laws.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Preach Logic if you violate any of these Terms. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of Preach Logic and remove any content that you have uploaded.

10. Disclaimers

Preach Logic is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The Company does not guarantee that Preach Logic will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure.

11. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the Company or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use Preach Logic.
• Any content obtained through Preach Logic.
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your content or account.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of Preach Logic, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of any third party.

13. Modifications to the Terms

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on Preach Logic. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of Texas.
